Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at cs@owlzenith.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.
